Residential rent is ALWAYS due on the First (1st) day of the month.
Your rent is late as of midnight on the Second (2nd); however, we allow four (4) grace days, until the Fifth (5th) Day of the month.
If your rent is not received in our office by 5:00pm on the 5th day of the month then your account will automatically be charged a late fee of 5% (unless the property in question has a flat fee of $75.00).
Any late fee(s) are required to be paid prior to rent payment(s) being accepted.
